Welcome to OneMain Financial. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneMain Financial website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneMain Financial Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with headquarters at 601 N.W. Second Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 ("OneMain," "we," "us," or "our").

2Eligibility

To use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence, if older) to use our Services or apply for a personal loan.

Residency

Our personal loan services are available only to legal residents of the United States. Loan availability may vary by state, and certain services may not be available in all states.

Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your information promptly if it changes.
• Maintain security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We offer secured and unsecured personal loans with fixed rates and terms. Loan amounts typically range from $1,500 to $20,000, with terms from 24 to 60 months. All loans are subject to credit approval and verification.

Online Services

Through our website and mobile applications, you can:

• Check your rate and apply for a personal loan
• Manage your existing loan account
• Make payments online
• Access loan calculators and educational resources
• Locate branch offices near you

Branch Services

With over 1,300 branch locations across 44 states, we offer in-person service including loan consultations, application assistance, and payment processing.

5Use Restrictions

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without authorization
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
• Use the Services in any way that could damage our reputation or goodwill

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Trademarks

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy our materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer materials to another person or mirror materials on any other server

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONEMAIN FINANCIAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Any financial information, rates, or estimates provided through our Services (including loan calculators) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a loan offer or guarantee of terms. Actual loan terms are subject to credit approval and may differ.

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEMAIN FINANCIAL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneMain Financial and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

10Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and OneMain Financial agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Arbitration Procedures

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in the county where you reside or at another mutually agreed location.

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to pay amounts due on any loan
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or modification of the Services
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Effect on Loan Agreements: Termination of your access to the Services does not affect your obligations under any existing Loan Agreement, which remains in full force and effect.

12Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the revised Terms on our website
• For material changes, provide additional notice (such as email notification or a prominent notice on our Services)

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
